ME
I am a Redmond, Washington native with a deep commitment to strengthening the communities and ecosystems that shaped me.
My work centers on creatively approaching complex challenges through whole-systems thinking and sustainable design. I apply holistic design principles grounded in natural systems science, data-informed decision-making, and industry best practices to develop solutions that are resilient, efficient, and built for long-term impact.
I am particularly motivated by designing for abundance — creating “stacked wins” where initiatives generate multiple forms of value across stakeholders, environments, and operational systems. Whether optimizing physical space, refining processes, or building technology-enabled foundations, I focus on eliminating waste, increasing transparency, and empowering teams to make smarter, more sustainable decisions over time.
Science + Technology + Engineering (Data Systems Design) + Creative =
The values that guide my work — courage, integrity, and gratitude — were shaped early in life and remain central to how I lead and build. At my core, I am driven to improve what I encounter: to leave spaces, systems, and experiences stronger than I found them. I believe in ethical leadership grounded in courage, conviction, kindness, and accountability.
My goal is to use the skills and influence I have to help build structures that contribute to a more thoughtful and sustainable future.
